Driver Agreement

This agreement defines the responsibilities of drivers operating as independent owner-operators. By working with Driver App, you accept full responsibility for your operations.

1. Independent Owner-Operator Status

You are an independent owner-operator. You are not an employee, agent, or representative of the Company. You operate your own transportation business and are fully responsible for how you perform services.

You control:

Your schedule
Your vehicle
Your work decisions

The Company does not control how you perform your work.

2. Full Liability Responsibility

You accept 100% responsibility for all liability related to your driving and business operations.

Accidents and collisions
Passenger safety
Property damage
Injuries or death
Legal violations
Insurance claims

The Company is NOT responsible for any damages, claims, or legal issues arising from your activities.

3. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses resulting from your actions.

4. Insurance

The Company provides NO insurance coverage.

You must maintain all required insurance, including any commercial or rideshare coverage required by law.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your coverage is valid at all times.

5. Driver Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Proper insurance
Safe and clean vehicle
Compliance with all laws

6. Payments and Commission

You collect payment directly from customers.

You agree to pay the Company a commission of 33.33% on all trips sourced through the Company.

Failure to pay commissions may result in suspension or removal.

7. Conduct

Professional behavior required
No unsafe driving
No illegal activity
No harassment or discrimination

8. No Guarantee of Work

The Company does not guarantee any trips, income, or earnings.

9. Approval and Termination

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

The Company may suspend or remove drivers at any time for any reason, including:

Complaints
Safety concerns
Non-payment of commission
Violation of this agreement

10. Compliance With Law

You are responsible for following all local, state, and federal laws, including airport and transportation regulations.

11. Entire Agreement

This agreement represents the full understanding between you and the Company.

Driver Acknowledgment

By operating under Driver App, you confirm that:

You are an independent owner-operator
You accept full liability
You maintain your own insurance
You agree to pay 33.33% commission

If you do not agree, do not operate under Driver App.
